1. Who We Are
OracleLuck (the "Service") is operated by OracleLuck Team ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Data: Email address, hashed password, display name when you register.
- Divination Inputs: Birth date, birth time, location, questions you submit for readings. We use this only to generate interpretations and to retain your reading history if you are logged in.
- Payment Data: Processed entirely by third-party providers (PayPal). We never store your full credit card information.
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer URL, anonymous analytics.
- Cookies: Essential cookies for login/session and optional analytics cookies (with your consent).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide AI-generated interpretations and personalized content
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To improve service quality and develop new features
- To send essential service notices (not promotional unless opted in)
- To comply with legal obligations
4. AI Processing
Your divination inputs (birth date, questions, etc.) are sent to our AI provider (DeepSeek) to generate interpretations. We have configured our prompts to minimize data sent. AI providers may temporarily process your input but do not retain it for model training.
5. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Payment processors (PayPal) — only payment-related data
- AI providers (DeepSeek) — only divination inputs needed for generation
- Hosting / CDN providers — only as needed to deliver the Service
- Law enforcement, only when legally required
6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
- Export your data in portable format
- Opt out of analytics and marketing
- California residents: Opt out of "sale" of personal information (we do not sell)

7. Data Retention
We retain account data while your account is active. Reading history is retained for 24 months unless deleted by you. Anonymous analytics may be retained longer. You may request deletion at any time.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS/TLS, hashed passwords, access controls). However, no online transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children
OracleLuck is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
10. International Transfers
Our servers are located in Hong Kong SAR. By using the Service, you consent to transfer of your data to Hong Kong and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

四、AI 处理
您的占卜输入（出生信息、问题等）会发送给 AI 提供商（DeepSeek）以生成解读。我们已配置 Prompt 以最小化所发送的数据。AI 提供商可能临时处理您的输入，但不会保留用于模型训练。
五、数据共享
我们不出售您的个人数据。仅与以下方共享：
- 支付处理方（PayPal）—— 仅付款相关数据
- AI 提供商（DeepSeek）—— 仅生成解读所需的占卜输入
- 托管/CDN 提供商 —— 仅为提供服务所必需
- 执法机关 —— 仅在法律要求时

七、数据保留
账户数据在账户有效期间保留。解读历史保留 24 个月，除非您删除。匿名统计可能保留更久。您可随时请求删除。

九、儿童
天启好运不面向 18 岁以下用户。我们不会有意收集未成年人数据。如发现，将删除。
十、国际传输
我们的服务器位于中国香港特别行政区。使用本服务即表示您同意将数据传输至香港及我们服务提供商运营的其他司法管辖区。
十一、变更
我们可能更新本政策。重大变更将通过服务通知。变更后继续使用即视为接受。
