1. Digital Content - Generally Non-Refundable
OracleLuck is a digital service. Once an AI reading has been generated and delivered to your account, it is considered consumed and generally non-refundable, except as described below.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
- Technical failure: If a reading fails to generate due to a server error and we cannot resolve it within 24 hours, you may request a refund.
- Duplicate charge: Accidental duplicate payments will be refunded upon verification.
- Subscription cancellation within 24 hours: If you cancel a new subscription within 24 hours of initial purchase and have not used any premium feature, full refund.
- Unauthorized charges: Report suspected fraud immediately for investigation and possible refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Completed AI readings already delivered
- Used portions of a multi-reading package
- Subscription periods already used
- Dissatisfaction with the content of an interpretation (since AI output is inherently subjective)
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel anytime via your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. You retain access until the end of the paid period.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email us at the address listed on our Contact page with:
- Order ID or PayPal transaction ID
- Account email
- Reason for refund request
We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Disputed chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension.

二、可退款情形
- 技术故障:因服务器错误导致解读未能生成,且我们 24 小时内无法解决,可申请退款。
- 重复扣款:意外重复支付经核实后退款。
- 订阅 24 小时内取消:新订阅在初次购买 24 小时内取消,且未使用任何高级功能,可全额退款。
- 未授权扣款:立即报告疑似欺诈,可调查并可能退款。
三、不可退款情形
- 已交付的完整 AI 解读
- 多次套餐中已使用的部分
- 已使用的订阅周期
- 对解读内容不满意(因 AI 输出本身具有主观性)
四、订阅取消
您可随时在账户设置中取消。取消停止后续扣款,但不退还当前账单周期。您可继续使用至付费期结束。
五、如何申请退款
请通过 联系我们 页面所列邮箱发送邮件,提供:
- 订单号或 PayPal 交易号
- 账户邮箱
- 退款原因
我们将在 3 个工作日内回复。批准的退款将在 5-10 个工作日内通过原支付方式处理。
六、争议扣款
发起 chargeback 前请先联系我们。未沟通直接发起争议扣款可能导致账户被暂停。
