1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OracleLuck ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by OracleLuck Team, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use OracleLuck. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of the Service

OracleLuck provides AI-generated interpretations based on classical Eastern divination traditions, including I Ching, Tarot, BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, and Chinese Zodiac. The Service is provided strictly for cultural exploration, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes.

4. Account Registration

Some features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid services include single readings, package deals, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and personalized consultation packages. All payments are processed via third-party providers (PayPal, etc.) and subject to their respective terms.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Digital content delivered (such as completed AI readings) is generally non-refundable. Subscription cancellations stop future billing but do not refund the current billing period.

All website content, design, code, prompts, and AI-generated interpretations remain the intellectual property of OracleLuck Team. Users may use generated readings for personal reflection but may not republish them commercially without permission.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Interpretations are produced by AI models. They may contain errors or inaccuracies. OracleLuck makes no warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. See our Disclaimer for full details.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OracleLuck Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

退款资格详见我们的 退款政策。已交付的数字内容（如已完成的 AI 解读）通常不可退款。订阅取消停止后续扣款，但不退还当前账单周期费用。

十、责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，OracleLuck Team 不对您使用本服务而产生的任何间接、附带、衍生或惩罚性损害承担责任。

十二、终止

我们可暂停或终止违反本条款的账户。您可随时通过联系我们终止账户。

十三、适用法律

本条款受中国香港特别行政区法律管辖，不考虑法律冲突原则。争议应在中国香港特别行政区法院解决。
